We booked 3 nights at this hotel months in advance. ONE day before our trip to Prague we were informed by booking.com that the hotel had cancelled our reservation. Hotels in Prague were double++ price at that point, so our trip ended up being much more expensive than initially planned. The hotel and booking.com are blaming each other and not taking any responsibility. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this hotel!

Unexpected Experience 1- Inferior hotel in everything, welcoming, rooms facilities, breakfast, and amenities. 2- No quality standard of even three stars hotel. 3- Unprofessional receptionists with ridiculous and illogical justifications. They tried to convenience me that all hotels in Prague 1 are of the same quality, which is not valid. 4- Extream short bed covers 5- No regular maintenance at all 6- No safety precautions, especially inside rooms, as the design of the protruded wall caused an injury for me. It should be covered with a rubber strap as it is extremely unsafe; no argument could be made. 7- No value of the paid money from fiscal perspective. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Very good location, 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square. Fast (under 1 hour) and cheap transport from the airport: take bus 119 to the subway (A), - and get off at Museum station (7th stop). From there it is 5 minutes to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast ok. Heating in the bathroom did not work ! The staff were pleasant and helpful - deserve all the stars that can be given.

We chose this because it advertised laundry facilities... When we got there there were none which was frustrating and they just didn't care The room was old and a bit grubby. It was in a good location to get around and the breakfast was very nice.

The hotel was fine with an above average breakfast but the air conditioning was almost non-exisistent. We were on the top floor with some fairly warm days. I asked about a fan but was told they didn't have any :(
